Christine leads the Business Services team for the BloomReach Personalization product (Search and Merchandising). She educates customers on how to use BloomReach tools and provide them with services to enable customers to get the most value out of our solutions. Before this role, Christine was a Customer Success Manager at BloomReach, managing relationships with some of our largest customers.

Prior to joining BloomReach, she was a strategy consultant in Accenture's Media and High Tech industry group, focused on helping technology organizations to identify and implement opportunities for revenue generation, operational efficiency improvement, and risk reduction.
