He comes from a background in Marketing and Information Systems, which has allowed him to find a happy medium between digital marketing must-haves and the comprehension of various business systems. As the manager of SEO, he is responsible for maintaining organic rankings in a highly competitive vertical that includes such online stores as Wayfair, Home Depot and Lowe’s, as well as many mid-level retailers. Through a combination of technical improvements and a desire to deliver the highest quality content to the customer, Lumens has found a sweet spot for success. Today, after an acquisition by YDesign Group (YLighting, YLiving) in 2016, he is joined by a team of expert digital marketers executing on various organic and paid search strategies.
